- Tools for scheduling all activities
- A connection with your assigned business coach
The two-day workshop is conducted to create a new foundation for restarting, restructuring or refocusing your business or organization. This new foundation includes the clarification of business values, purpose, and vision. From this clarity, realistic and achievable business critical goals are created including all activities necessary for goal achievement.
Participants find the Workshop to be informative, inspiring, enjoyable and productive and appreciate the opportunity to work with other entrepreneurs and Non Profits who are restarting, restructuring or refocusing their business.
